IDHD offers Internet access offers positioned on satellites. These internet solutions can serve homes in white and gray areas, not being able to benefit from broadband internet access via ADSL.

OBJECTIVES

With the development of this new technology, IDHD wants to reach both an audience of individuals for people living in remote areas but also a professional audience since this solution provides optimal data security. The company then wants to relieve the commercial of the task of making appointments while increasing the number of visits to prospects.

THE NÉOCALL MISSION

A team of 20 telemarketers was mobilized, taking turns between 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, to ensure the appointment of B to B / B to C appointments and the management of the eld sales force’s schedules.
